These Terms and Conditions apply to all equipment sold by Martin Air and Heating LLC. By placing an order and making payment, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Equipment

All equipment sold by Martin Air and Heating LLC is new and unused unless otherwise specified.

Pricing

The prices of equipment are subject to change without notice. Martin Air and Heating LLC reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

Shipping

Martin Air and Heating LLC is not liable or responsible for any shipping damages. In the event of shipping damage, the customer must file a claim with the shipping company. The customer is responsible for inspecting the equipment upon receipt and reporting any damages to the shipping company at that time.

Sales and Refunds

All sales are final and Martin Air and Heating LLC does not offer any returns or exchanges on the equipment sold. If the equipment is damaged during shipping, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company or carrier. Martin Air and Heating LLC is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping, and any such claims should be made directly with the shipping company or carrier.

Warranty

Martin Air and Heating LLC does not offer any warranty on the equipment sold. Any warranty offered by the brand of the equipment is provided directly by the brand and Martin Air and Heating LLC is not responsible for any warranty claims or obligations. The customer is responsible for registering the system and following the brand's warranty terms and conditions. Martin Air and Heating LLC is exonerated from any responsibility or liability related to any such warranty claims or obligations.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. The customer agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Florida for any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the purchase of equipment from Martin Air and Heating LLC.

Acceptance

By placing an order and making payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all of the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
